Used Ebike models for Purchase & Rent-to-Own

Zygg’s Commitment

Every Zygg Used Ebike purchase includes the following commitment (limited “warranty”) from the time your Rent-to-Own starts (in addition to any manufacturer warranty that may remain):

• Model C (Cube), Model Y (Yuba)

  • 1 year warranty for ebike drive system and mechanical issues

  • Battery replacement for 12 Month or 5,000 km, whichever comes first, if the battery fails

• Model A (O2feel Ivog 6.1)

  • 3 Month warranty for ebike drive system and mechanical issues

  • 2023 Downtube Battery: battery replacement for 12 Month or 5,000 km, whichever comes first, if the battery fails

  • 2022 Rear Rack Battery: battery replacement for 6 Month or 5,000 km, whichever comes first, if the battery fails

• Model T (Trivel combi)

  • 3 Month warranty for ebike drive system and mechanical issues

  • Battery replacement for 12 Month or 5,000 km, whichever comes first, if the battery fails

• Model Qx (Velec Citi 350)

  • 3 Month warranty for ebike drive system and mechanical issues

  • Battery replacement for 6 Month or 3,000 km, whichever comes first, if the battery fails

• Model R (Velec R48):

  • 3 Month warranty for ebike drive system and mechanical issues

  • Battery replacement

    • Generation 1 for 3 Months or 3,000 km, whichever comes first, if the battery fails

    • Generation 2 for 6 Months or 3,000 km, whichever comes first, if the battery fails

• Does NOT include service for normal wear and tear from your riding after purchase, such as brake pads, flat tires, negligence or crash-related damage, which is available from Zygg at retail pricing. Battery warranty provides a replacement battery of similar condition if the purchased battery stops working. It does not include any normal decrease in capacity over time, nor batteries that have been damaged or neglected.

• Canadian ID required or Passport and Proof of Home Address

• No service included.
