Zygg Refund Policy

Once you have cancelled your subsciption, and returned Zygg's e-bike, all keys, the charger and any other rented equipment, we will do a final inspection to make sure that there isn't any damage to the bike outside of our "normal wear and tear" coverage. You are responsible for return of the e-bike, all accessories and equipment, and the repair of any Damage. Any related cost will be deducted from your deposit, and any additional amount remaining will be immediately due. Your deposit will be returned to you, less any amounts due, within 30 days TO THE ORIGINAL CARD USED TO SIGN UP.
