Ebikes are awesome, but they require trained technicians with ebike experience to keep them rolling. Zygg specializes in electric bikes, and now offers our awesome & fast E-bike Service to everyone. Regular maintenance keeps your special ebike on the road, and fast repairs will get you back riding too. We can even arrange for a loaner if there is a part that needs to be ordered.

Zygg’s ebike technicians can help with:

  • Tune-ups

  • Flat tire repair: New tube, tire, labour

  • Brake Maintenance: Pad replacement, sanding, tune-up

  • Headlight Maintenance: Led Light Replacement

  • Electronics: Diagnostics & replacement

  • Motors: Diagnostics, basic service & replacement

  • Wheels & Spokes:

  • Chains & Drive-Train;

  • Replacement parts & Accessories

What does it cost?

  • Standard Labour Fee: - $100 per hour

  • Front Flat

    • $20 labour + tube ($14+) STANDARD TIRES

    • $35 labour + tube FAT TIRES

  • Rear Flat:

    • $25 - $35 labour + tube ($14+) STANDARD TIRES

    • $45 labour + tube FAT TIRES

  • General Tune-Up - $90

    • Brake adjustment, gears adjustment, and lubrication of chain (no cleaning provided)

  • Brakes

    • Bleed - $40 labour (Oil included, rotor cleaned. New pads / rotors extra)

    • Pads - $20 labour + pads

  • Drive train Gearing & Chain

    • cleaning and adjustment labour $65

  • Spokes

    • $35 labour + $3 / spoke

    • More than 3 spokes, $45 labour + $3 / spoke

  • Wheel truing $25

  • Replacement parts at standard prices

What does Zygg not Fix:

  • Batteries (Zygg can order replacements only)

  • Motor Brands that we do not service
