We’ve a great selection of e-bikes, and the right one for you. Our “pedal-assist” e-bikes are equipped with an electric motor and controller, letting you choose whether you want a a little help, a good boost, or none at all. The motor is powered by a rechargeable battery, some with up to 100km of range, and the e-bikes are designed to ride just like a normal bike. We have typical hybrid e-bikes, upright Euro-style and “long tail” cargo bikes, perfect for Fun, Commuting & Families.

If you need a fix, we’ll have you e-bike ready to ride fast - or swap you onto a new one in a flash

• You must be 18 years old to subscribe to a Zygg e-bike

• You must pay with a credit card or debit card from a Canadian Bank in your name

• Provide photo ID with your home address, or Photo ID + a phone, utility etc.. bill with your home address.

• Full Service is only available currently to those with a home address in the City of Toronto (inc. Etobicoke, East York, North York, Scarborough and York). You may also subscribe to an ebike if you have a home address in the Regions of Peel or York, but at-home service will not be available.

• in Ontario you MUST wear a helmet on an e-bike. (We have helmets for sale.)

• Have safe indoor parking (no front porches or backyards)

• Your account should be approved within 1 business day and then you can choose your delivery or pickup time.

• All subscriptions will start the day that you get your ebike. Your billing cycle will be adjusted accordingly.

• This plan is strictly non-commercial. For information about our commercial programs, click here.

• *The Annual and Seasonal Plan have a minimum commitment of 12 months and until November 1st respectively. If you end your subscription before this date, early termination fees apply.

Things to know

• All subscribers must pick-up and return their ebike at the Zygg shop.

• We do not provide home service/swaps and only will service or swap from our 345 Sorauren location.

• All subscriptions will start the day that you get your ebike. Your billing cycle will be adjusted accordingly.

• If you end your subscription before fulfilling the minimum number of weeks that you committed to, early cancellation fees apply: $100 on the 4 Week Plan / $150 on the 12 Week Plan.
