3 Month warranty for ebike drive system and mechanical issues
Ebike battery operability
model R, model A, model Qx: battery replacement for 12 Month or 5,000 km, whichever comes first.
model Q1, Q2: battery replacement for 6 month or 3,000 km, whichever comes first
(Does NOT include service for normal wear and tear from your riding after purchase, such as brake pads, flat tires or crash-related damage, which is available from Zygg at retail pricing. Battery warranty provides a replacement battery of similar condition if the purchased battery stops working. It does not include any normal decrease in capacity over time, nor batteries that have been damaged or neglected.)
