If you are facing an issue involving your Zygg ebike while we are closed, please follow the instructions below:

IF YOUR BIKE HAS BEEN STOLEN:

  1. Please send us immediately a detailed account of the occurrence by filling out our Theft Report online.

  2. Email us a photo of the bike locked up where you last left it, as well as any other relevant  photo such as of broken lock or chain pieces. Please keep these pieces and any other evidence.

  3. A member of our team will reach out to you with further instructions and bike specific information (serial number, model, year etc.) to report the theft of an electric bike to the Toronto or Vancouver Police Services.

IF YOUR BIKE IS LOCKED OUTSIDE AND YOU CANNOT UNLOCK IT:

  1. If your bike is locked up outside and you have lost all the keys or are otherwise unable to unlock it, please contact Zygg Rider support IMMEDIATELY to avoid leaving the bike vulnerable to theft.

  2. Please inform the exact address and location of the bike and send a photo of the bike and locked up. We will do our best to help retrieve your bike.

IF YOU WERE INVOLVED IN A BIKE ACCIDENT:

  1. If you are injured and require immediate medical attention call 911.

  2. If your bike accident involves a collision with a motor vehicle driver, call the Non-Emergency Police Number at 416-808-2222 for Toronto or (604) 717-3321 for Vancouver. If the accident is serious, they’ll attend the scene. Explain what happened and file an accident report. You’ll get a police file number. Keep this so that you can ask for a copy of the accident report in the future.

  3. Collect names and numbers of any witnesses  or involved parties, and license plates of any vehicles involved.

  4. Send Zygg account of the accident  as well as  photographs of the bike damage to our support email.
