Your account should be approved within 1 business day and then you can choose your pickup time.
All subscriptions will start the day that you get your ebike. Your billing cycle will be adjusted accordingly.
All subscribers must pick-up and return their ebike at the Zygg shop.
We do not provide home service/swaps and only will service or swap from our 345 Sorauren location.
If you end your subscription before fulfilling the minimum number of weeks that you committed to, early cancellation fees apply: $100 on the 4 Week Plan / $150 on the 12 Week Plan.
Eligibility
You must be 21 years old to ride a Zygg e-bike, and in Ontario you MUST wear a helmet on an e-bike. (We have a few models to choose from if you need a new one.)
Pay with a credit card from a Canadian bank in your name. (To use a debit or prepaid card you must make a deposit of $250 minimum or as Zygg deems required based on your credit history.)
Photo ID with your home address, or Photo ID + valid current proof of address (utility bill, phone bill, mailed bank or credit card statement).
Only available to those with a home address in the City of Toronto (M postal code) at this time (inc. Etobicoke, East York, North York, Scarborough and York).

When ending a subscription your ebike MUST be returned in person at the Zygg office within office hours. Pick-up at your home is NOT included.
All subscriptions will start the day that you get your ebike. Your billing cycle will be adjusted accordingly.
The Annual and 3 Months Plan have a minimum commitment of 12 months and 3 months respectively. If you end your subscription before this date, early termination fees apply.
