GO Transit Notice:

This ebike may NOT be taken on GO Transit vehicles, as it has not been approved for the European safety standard “CE” or independent standard “UL Certified”, although it has been tested and meets Canadian safety standards for ebikes UN 38.3 [Zygg Battery Safety Info].

 
 

 Eligibility

Age

Must be over 18 years old.


Payment

Must have a Canadian credit or debit card in your name.

ID

Photo ID with your home address or Photo ID + proof of address.

Parking

Have safe indoor parking (no front porches or backyards).

Service Area

You may subscribe if you have a home address in the City of Toronto (includes Etobicoke, East York, North York, Scarborough and York) as well as the Regions of Peel, York or Durham. Please note that effective immediately we will no longer be providing home service/ swaps and only will service or swap from our 345 Sorauren location.

Things to know

  • Read our Subscription Agreement.

  • Your account should be approved within 1 business day and then you can choose your pickup time.

  • All subscribers must pick-up and return their ebike at the Zygg shop.

  • We do not provide home service/swaps and only will service or swap from our 345 Sorauren location.

  • All subscriptions will start the day that you get your ebike. Your billing cycle will be adjusted accordingly.

  • If you end your subscription before fulfilling the minimum number of weeks that you committed to, early cancellation fees apply: $100 on the 4 Week Plan / $150 on the 12 Week Plan.
